Network Engineering Manager Direct Hire Minnetonka, MN Looking for a hands on leader to come and help lead, mentor and oversee a growing networking team! Position Requirements: 10+ years of professional experience 7+ years of experience within an infrastructure and/or Networking Team 4+ years of people management experience Must have hands on Network Engineer experience Must have experience working within a Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Avaya and/or Juniper environment; Strong Cisco experience and exposure is highly preferred Must be able to communicate with all levels of an organization both internally and externally Looking for someone that’s able/interested/willing to be client facing on a daily basis Looking for a "player-coach that can come and oversee a growing team, and also help wherever it’s needed need someone that can manager and also do daily Network Engineering & Architecting activities on a daily basis! Any client driven experience is preferred Any past network design and/or implementation experience is preferred
