Job Description

Duties:

Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations for multiple accounts and entities.

Support budget and forecasting activities.

Ensure all financial and accounting information are properly classified in a manner that best facilitates the use of the information.

Assist with the approval of the subcontractors, suppliers and vendors invoices.

Manage all credit memos and back-charges to ensure that no incorrect charges are paid.

Process all check request and employee expenses in order to track the correct posting of these costs.

Assist with the financial closeout

Education & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree or some college courses in accounting or business preferred.

Must have advanced computer literacy, including strong experience in MS Word, MS Excel (comprehensive spreadsheets, pivot tables, etc.) and Quick Books accounting software.

More than 7 years of billing and receivables, with at least 5 years in A/E environment.

Proficient in QuickBooks a huge plus

Must have thorough understanding and experience of financial reporting and general ledger structure.

Ability to work under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities.

Good written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion.

Employ problem-solving skills and analysis, and report problems to COO as necessary.
