Responsibilities
Define the UX strategy and practice
Understand product specifications and user psychology
Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
Implement mockups for designs and UX improvements
Test improvements across Desktop and Mobile environments
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
Keep abreast of industry trends and technology advancements
Skills
Experience defining and leading user experience improvements across multiple teams
Expert knowledge of user experience methodologies and techniques such as journey mapping, storyboarding, and personas
Expertise with designing and conducting usability tests and analyzing testing results
Deep knowledge of modern design and prototyping tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVision, Axure, etc.
