Compliance and Internal Audit Analyst Our client is looking for a Compliance and Internal Audit Analyst to join the Finance team. This position is dedicated to developing and monitoring the compliance process across all departments as well as executing internal auditing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in finance related roles with a strong background in corporate compliance. This role will partner with business units to develop, implement and monitor compliance programs and activities. This position will also perform internal auditing in accordance with established internal audit plans. Responsibilities Create and implement a corporate-wide compliance and monitoring program. Provide organization-wide oversight through an established compliance monitoring process. Partner with our departments in the development of operational improvements and innovations to enhance their performance. Decision-making authority in the development of process implementations and/or corrective actions identified to mitigate risk across the company. Assist in operational and process oriented internal audits as well as internal control audits in accordance with established plans. Become a partner in the organization through regular contact with employees, regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders. Adhere to all company compliance and auditing standards. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field; equivalent experience in lieu of degree. 5+ years of compliance/auditing experience required. Strong experience developing or working in corporate compliance programs. Experience working with NAIC, state/local insurance filings and insurance-related compliance requirements preferred. Experience working within internal audit departments and Model Audit Rule environments preferred. CPA preferred.
