Requirements: Activities may include some or all of the following: Review and analyze invoices to ensure the billing terms align with the agreement in effect. Identify discrepancies based on contractual terms, proactively resolve, and communicate any new or amended terms Prepare accruals and true-ups for month end close process Assist with the preparation of monthly internal management reporting or supporting schedules Support projects as assigned Skills or Experience: Accounting or Bookkeeping experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Mastery in Excel (Pivots, and VLOOKUP's) Works independently with a high degree of accuracy
