INFRASTRUCTURE LEAD
FULL-TIME POSITION
NASHVILLE, TN AREA
ICS is working with a client to find an Infrastructure Lead to join their team in Nashville, TN! This person will be a lead of projects and technology & will have the opportunity to build a team in the future.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic, hands on technical professional with deep and broad knowledge of all infrastructure, design, maintenance, and issue resolution.
This person will be the "go to" for anything Infrastructure within the company and drive the technology roadmap!
Responsibilities:
Act as point of escalation and subject matter expert for team members and clients
Review support requests and resolution, improve the level of service provided to clients and train team members
Manage the relationship with datacenter management service provider
Assist with install/project data collection during the course of support and project implementations
Direct and lead projects within the organization to modernize the technical infrastructure
Meet with colleagues, managers, and senior leaders regarding account status, ongoing issues and opportunities
Maintain prescribed network security levels and confidentiality
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in the implementation, design, and maintenance of converged networks
Cisco router/switch experience required.
Familiarity with Windows Server, Sharepoint
Experience with cloud infrastructure; either with Azure or AWS
Expert knowledge of as many of the following technologies:
TCP/IP
DNS
DHCP
IIS
VPN
SSL Certificates
Disaster Recovery
Malware Protection and Removal
Firewalls
VLAN's
Wireless LAN Technologies
Network Security Principles
Virtualization technologies
Private Cloud Solutions
Network Monitoring Tools
