JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

ICS is hiring a Junior Project Manager who is looking to jumpstart their career in the Financial sector! We are looking for someone with the desire to develop both their analytical and operational skills.
The Junior Project Manager will gain exposure to business issues, special projects, and general office administration.
The Junior Project Manager will work closely with the partners of the firm to plan and coordinate events, manage and schedule travel arrangements, develop policies and procedures, and manage various special projects.
What You’ll Do:
Researching and developing new ideas and projects
Administrative details
Occasional Reception Desk functions
Facilitating compliance-related communications
Coordinating business travel for employees and guests of the firm
Marketing tasks
Operational functions
Coordinating special events for the firm throughout the year
Skills/Experience You’ll Need:
Completed Bachelor’s Degree with a GPA of 3.0+
2+ years of Project Administration experience preferred
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritize tasks
Strong organizational skills
