FRONTEND/UI DEVEOPER

Atlanta, GA

9+ Month Contract

ICS is hiring an experienced Frontend/UI Developer for our Client in the Atlanta, GA area!

This position requires technical and strategic leadership related to the developement of digital communication platforms.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Provide technical and strategic leadership in all areas related to the content strategy, systems analysis, planning, design, usability, and development of the Bank's digital communications platforms

Create content for the Bank's digital communications platforms and partners with information owners and content providers to ensure content delivery meets business needs

Manage the organization of content of the Bank's digital communications platforms, ensuring both accuracy and consistency with the Bank's digital strategy

Develop front-end solutions that meet business requirements and enhance the overall digital experience

Apply a human-centered approach to digital communications by administering a variety of usability tools and techniques

Consult with business areas to analyze and identify needs and implement strategies for digital communications services

Appliy extensive knowledge of digital communications to conduct systems analysis and determine developmental needs and enhancement opportunities

Train content providers across the District on how to use the Bank's content management systems

Coordinate content delivery, creation and production of content, and ensures digital communications platforms are current and updated with adherence to policies and procedures

Design, create, produce, and maintain digital communications channels using a solid knowledge of standards and protocols, including an in-depth knowledge of content management

Ensure quality, integrity, correctness, and cost-effectiveness of information deliverables.

Manage the design, organization and maintenance of the Bank's digital communications platforms by strategically anticipating and assessing information needs. This includes developing and managing taxonomies and leveraging metadata as part of an overall information access and content management/workflow strategy

Design, prototype, develop, and implement front-end solutions for the Banks' digital communications channels

Work closely with customers and team members to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs

Develop and apply a systematic, human-centered approach to digital communications

Improve usability of digital communications through user analysis, prototyping, and usability testing

Administer surveys and feedback tools to gain employee perspective on the effectiveness of digital
communications and ensures continuous improvement

In consultation with department management, works with Legal and Financial Management Departments to establish contracts with selected vendors for software, hardware, content management services, content indexing, interactive design, and usability consultants for Bank projects

Maintain subject matter expertise on current trends and developments in digital communications and user experience by attending industry specific conferences and training

Stay abreast of System issues and developments by attending meetings and collaborating with other
System-wide digital communications staff.

Add content to CMS Sitecore

Data visualizations with Highcharts CSS/Java Script adjustments in Bootstrap, Data Analytics, Support Usability Testing Exercises

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

Experience in software design and development; or equivalent combination of education and experience
CSS/Java Script experience and CMS-Sitecore
Familiar with: Bootstrap CSS, Highcharts, Tableau, Adobe Creative Suite, Data Analytics, SEO best practices, Usability testing/best practices
