DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST - SALESFORCE
Downtown Dallas, TX
7+ month contract
We are hiring a Data Entry Specialist for a year long contract with a client in Downtown Dallas!
What You’ll Do:
Data entry in Salesforce
Clean up and merge duplicate records
Help develop an ongoing document for data entry standards, data nuances, special fields, etc. build out a "training library "
Import data using Salesforce Data Wizard, Excel VLookup with Excel Concantination
Notify System Admin of data entry problems by our users
Correct Contact records that have no Accounts associated with them
Verifying data associated with each Account and Contact via Google search
Skills/Experience You’ll Need:
1+ years of experience in Salesforce, preferably in Lightning version
Thorough and accurate Salesforce data entry skills, with great attention to detail
Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Excellent organization and time management skills
Data Entry Clerk
