Job Description

This position works with the QA Manager to develop and execute the corporate-wide Quality Assurance Program (QA Program) for the Corporation's BSA/AML and OFAC Compliance Programs; The Quality Assurance Analyst must be able to work with minimal supervision, have strong organizational skills, detailed oriented, and maintain a strong working relationship with the FCRM team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for understanding and executing the AML, OFAC and fraud mitigation QA policies and procedures.

· Responsible for conducting QA reviews, covering, at a minimum, alert/case investigation processes, SAR filings, CTR filings, Customer Due Diligence/Enhanced Due Diligence reviews, and OFAC monitoring.

· Reports and tracks QA review results and required actions in the QA database.

· Provides feedback to LOB and support unit staff on the results of QA reviews.

· Assists the Quality Assurance Manager in preparing QA reports.

· Assists in preparing training sessions for LOB and support staff to address AML, OFAC and fraud mitigation deficiencies identified through QA reviews.

· Assists in reviewing, testing, evaluating and documenting the adequacy of AML, OFAC and fraud mitigation controls that are documented in the Bank's enterprise-wide and targeted risk assessments.

· Assists in recommending controls or improvements to enhance and update the Bank's AML, OFAC and fraud mitigation Compliance Program, policies and procedures.

· Assists in coordinating AML, OFAC and fraud mitigation internal audits and regulatory examinations.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required, Minimum 2-3 years employment experience
